Why ASFCU?

Arkansas Superior Federal Credit Union has been providing financial services to our members since 1957. We’re proud to carry on a tradition of offering personal, friendly, and efficient service. Our Credit Union is a non-profit organization, owned and operated by its members, people just like you. As a financial cooperative, Arkansas Superior Federal Credit Union’s profits are returned to our members in the form of higher dividends on savings, lower rates on loans, lower fees...and many other money saving services.

Who Can Join?

Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in Ashley, Bradley, Calhoun, Chicot, Desha, Drew and Lincoln Counties, Arkansas, are eligible for membership.

Plus, at the Credit Union, "Once a member, always a member" is the policy. Even if you change jobs, retire, or move away you retain your membership with all its benefits. All it takes to join is a $5 deposit into your regular share (savings) account. This opens your "lifetime membership" account.

US Patriot Act

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OPENING AN ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, US Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person identified as a “customer/member”, who opens an account.

What this means for you:
If you are opening an account, we will ask for the name, address, date of birth, social security number, and other information that will allow us to identify all customers on the account. We may also ask to see a driver’s license, passport or other identifying documents.

Get Started

The Credit Union operates under four objectives: (1) Encourage thrift among members, thus creating a pool of lendable funds. (2) Make members loans at reasonable rates of interest. (3) Pay a fair rate of return on member savings. (4) Provide helpful financial services.
